One on One Personal Training Sessions
Each session lasts up to 60 minutes and is purely
focused upon you achieving your goals through exercise and nutritional
guidance, which is not limited just to our hour together. Workouts are never boring and mundane and I
am there with you for every step of your journey.
£50.00/ session (purchased in monthly blocks, at least 4 sessions)

"The" Fitness Class
Monday 9.30am

Over 18 years I have helped countless people to lose weight, prepare for sporting/ charity events, regain their fitness, mobility and zest for a more active lifestyle because they quite simply felt better than they had done for many years.
This is a more condensed version of our sports performance programme, our female adult programmes are tailored specifically to the needs of the adult training client. Whether your goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation or to simply get a great workout our coaches can cater to the needs of all ages and fitness levels.
Each session we focus on improving soft tissue quality and flexibility, increasing upper and lower body power, building full body strength and enhancing your cardiovascular fitness. Simply put our program is designed to help you move better and become healthier than you ever have in your life.
During the workout, the group of no more than 12 adults covers the following: Myofascial Release (Foam Roll), Static Stretching, Active Warm Up, Functional Strength Training, Energy System Development Conditioning (various forms of stamina).
You don't have to be an athlete to look, feel and move like one.
"The" Fitness Class is the only fitness class in Cambridge that focuses upon getting you started on the road to ALL possibilities. We systematically address every aspect of your fitness in a non-confrontational, easy going and supportive environment.

Circuit Training - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
Tuesday & Friday 9.30am
Interval training is more likely to produce fat loss than cardio, and it will allow you to save time because it builds lean muscle mass.
An abundance of studies show that high intensity training such as circuit training are a better choice for fat loss than steady state cardio for the following reasons:
* You burn more calories in less time. Depending upon how hard you push yourself during the intervals, you can burn more calories in just 25 minutes than you can with doing double the time of cardio.
* You experience a more robust energy expenditure in the 24 hour post-workout recovery period than with cardio because your body requires a lot of extra energy to restore metabolic balance and to remove waste products.
* Genes involved with protein synthesis (muscle building) are turned on and you will be more likely to experience a better hormonal environment post-workout, with an elevation in GH and testosterone along with cortisol. This allows interval training to sustain lean muscle mass for a better metabolic rate = more calories burnt!
