21 lbs and Counting

"I decided to train for a half marathon in an effort to reset my health and fitness, which had taken a real toll during a time of intensive focus on my work. I hadn't been running in years and had never run more than a 10k. After a few weeks of Ben's circuit training I started running again and within a week had managed a 5-mile run. If it wasn't for Ben's insightful training methods and encouragement I know that I would not have gotten so far (and may have even quit trying). Instead, I feel on track for the half marathon. Ben's strategy of allowing me to incorporate small changes in my eating and fitness routine have really worked! He even manages to help me find clever ways to introduce new sources of protein into my long-time vegetarian eating habits."
