Encouraging Start for CrossTrain Athletes

After a tough pre season overlooked by CrossTrain Fitness, it was time for Cambridge RUFC to show what they can do when it matters on the field of battle. The opening week saw a narrow defeat at home to Cinderford (read match report here) despite a late surge. CrossTrain Athlete Bryn Jenkins bagged a long awaited first try for the club with Will Lawson picking up the Man of the Match award.

This weekend saw better fortunes for the "Blood and Sand" with a hard fought 25-18 victory over Loughborough Students. Man of the Match, Danny Hunter, who has been training with CrossTrain for several months, contributed Cambridge's first try to add to his dominant display.
