Knowledge Is Power

Want a Personal Trainer with a wealth of experience ensuring you gain rapid results?

Experience is something that you don’t buy or find in a book.  You either have it or you don’t, and it must be earned through years of hard work. I have well over 10,000 logged hours of personal training under my belt. There are not many personal trainers in Cambridge that can boast this experience.

Experience alone is not enough however.  We must also be active in our search for new information.  This is one reason why I spend so much time researching the human body.  No one is born with knowledge.  It is something that we must acquire.  A week does not pass without me reading books, training journals, scientific literature, etc.  The search for knowledge is never ending.

Train hard and smart to reach your goals

Other personal trainers may brag that they have transformed themselves, and so, can do it for you. Why boast about something which should be a minimum requirement if you want to call yourself a personal trainer, fitness coach, even a fitness expert, etc. Plus we are all unique, so what worked for them may not work for you.

If you employ someone with your hard earned cash, do you not think your personal trainer should at least have the respect for you and “walk the walk”. I have known far too many so called fitness experts who fall well short of being a role model for their clients. This also shows eventually with their clients´ lack of progress which diminishes after the first month or so.

I’ve had to learn many lessons on my own, such as the importance of patience. Patience is something that I never had.  Over the years, I’ve matured, and I am amazed at the countless mistakes that I made as a youngster.  I see these mistakes as a blessing in disguise however.  I now have the best job in the world ensuring you avoid these mistakes and progress efficiently towards your health and fitness goals.  I thoroughly enjoy training and developing individuals whether with personal training or providing fitness classes for groups.  It is my sincere hope that I can help others avoid making the same mistakes that I once made.
